Product Description

1. Introduction

 This turbo type blade can be widely used in wet cutting granite, marble and other stone materials with good efficiency. It is sinter hot-pressed. The diameter of this turbo type blade is 125mm, the segment height is 9mm,
The quality level is premium. This type blade is with wave steel core. Turbo segments for better cooling and better dust removal, the deep segments can well be protected the blades from undercutting.

2. Cutting materials & equipment
Cutting materials: granite, marble and other stone materials with good efficiency.
Install equipment: angle grinder, circular saw, tile saw

3. Features:
 - Light, easily-carried
 - Universal dry and wet cutting blades.
 - Turbo segment for better cooling and better dust removal, the deep segment style can well be protected the blades from undercutting.
- The wave steel core improves blade rigidity , reduces friction , avoids wobbling during cutting and is a better removal of filings.

Raw material→ powder mixing→steel core→cold press→sintering→surface treatment→packaging→dispatch

5.  D elivery time
Sample delivery: If we have stock, the delivery time is within one week after we got your sample payment.
If we don't have stock, the delivery time will depend on the sample production.

For batch order, delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks after order confirmation and payment.
